PolQi1
PolQi1 (CAS 2607139-80-8) is a selective small-molecule inhibitor targeting the polymerase domain of DNA polymerase θ (Polθ). Its primary function is to block the alternative end-joining (alt-EJ/TMEJ) pathway. PolQi1 is widely used to optimize genome editing mediated by CRISPR/Cas9 and Prime Editing (PEn), reducing imprecise repair and enhancing targeted integration efficiency.
