An HyperFluor™ 488 dye-labeled deoxynucleotide for the formation of fluorescently labeled DNA
Featured Products
HyperFluor? 488-dUTP is a fluorescently labeled nucleotide analog designed for incorporation into DNA sequences via enzymatic methods. Upon integration into nucleic acids through polymerase-mediated synthesis techniques, including PCR, reverse transcription, nick translation, or random primed labeling methods, this molecule allows formation of DNA probes exhibiting green fluorescence (excitation/emission maxima at 490/520 nm). Consequently, HyperFluor? 488-dUTP is particularly suited to biomedical applications such as fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), blotting experiments, multiplex fluorescence analyses, and microarray assays.
