Anti-Flag Tag Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

This monoclonal antibody is a recombinant mouse antibody that specifically recognizes the DYKDDDDK tag at the C-terminus or N-terminus of recombinant proteins, without being affected by the composition of adjacent amino acids. It can be used to detect DYKDDDDK-Tag fusion proteins expressed by various expression vectors. The antibody is widely used for the detection of Flag tag (DYKDDDDK) fusion proteins, with the tag location being at the N-terminal or C-terminal of the fusion protein, or within the fusion protein. The Flag antibody can be used to detect the expression of Flag tag fusion proteins, as well as for qualitative or quantitative detection of Flag tag fusion proteins.
