Mouse CD3/CD28 T Cell Activation Beads

Mouse CD3/CD28 T Cell Activation Beads are inert superparamagnetic beads covalently conjugated to Anti-CD3 and Anti-CD28 antibodies. These beads are commonly used to activate and expand T cells without feeder cells (antigen-presenting cells) or antigens. T cell expansion can be stimulated by the addition of recombinant mouse IL-2 during cell culture. After T cell activation or expansion, the beads can be removed by magnets.

This kit is ideal for activating mouse splenic T cells or T cell subsets (e.g., CD3⁺ T cells, CD4⁺ T cells, CD8⁺ T cells).
