Fisetin
Fisetin (CAS: 528-48-3) is a polyphenolic compound classified as a natural flavonol. It modulates oxidative stress signaling pathways, thereby regulating cellular oxidative balance and neuroprotective processes.
Fisetin scavenges reactive oxygen species and modulating kinase pathways, as well as by inducing apoptosis and inhibiting cell proliferation. Additionally, it attenuates pro-inflammatory cytokines and modulates neuroprotective signal transduction.
Fisetin is widely used in tumor progression and metastasis, neurodegenerative diseases, inflammation-mediated disorders, and cellular signaling mechanisms.
