Cationic lipid material for RNA delivery
Featured Products
DOTMA, a tetramethylated DOTA analogue, is a cationic lipid used as a component of liposomes. DOTMA induces a positive charge on the liposomes, thus promoting effective interaction between the liposomes and the cell membrane. It is often used for delivery of siRNA, microRNA and oligonucleotides, as well as in vitro gene transfection, showing good transfection effect in vitro and in vivo.
