DNA Marker (100-5000 bp)

DNA Marker (100-5000 bp) is a ready-to-use molecular weight standard, composed of eight purified linear double-stranded DNA fragments of 5000 bp, 3000 bp, 2000 bp, 1000 bp, 750 bp, 500 bp, 250 bp and 100 bp. The 750 bp band acts as the reference band at a concentration of 20 ng/μL, while all other bands are 10 ng/μL. The molecular weight and concentration of test samples can be estimated according to the migration position and brightness of bands after electrophoresis. Pre-mixed with loading buffer, this marker can be loaded directly for agarose gel electrophoresis analysis. It is compatible with nucleic acid stains including Safe DNA Gel Stain (Catalog No. A8743) and Hyper Gel Red (Catalog No. A8746).
