Featured Products
Nintedanib esylate (BIBF 1120 esylate) is a small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that simultaneously inhibits the tyrosine kinase activity of vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1/2/3), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR1/2/3), and platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFRα/β). The in vitro IC50 values are approximately 13-34 nM for VEGFR, 37-108 nM for FGFR, and 59-65 nM for PDGFR, respectively. This compound is mainly used for research on anti-angiogenesis-related mechanisms and has broad applications in tumor and fibrotic disease model studies.
