CY7

CY7 is a kind of CY dye, CY is the abbreviation of Cyanine, which is a compound consisting of two nitrogen atoms connected by an odd number of methyl units. Cyanine compounds are characterized by long wavelength, adjustable absorption and emission, high extinction coefficient, good water solubility, relatively simple synthesis, etc. CY dyes are often used for labeling of proteins, antibodies, and small molecule compounds, and for the labeling of protein-antibody labeling, the binding can be accomplished by a simple mixing reaction, and we introduce the labeling method of protein-antibody labeling in the following, which is of certain significance for reference.
