Cy7 triethylammonium salt
Cy7 triethylammonium salt is a CY series dye, which is the triethylamine salt form of Cyanine dye. Cyanine dyes are composed of an odd number of methyl units connected to two nitrogen atoms. They feature a long wavelength, adjustable absorption and emission wavelengths, high extinction coefficient, good water solubility, and relatively simple synthesis. The fluorescence emission wavelength of Cy7 dye is located in the near-infrared region, with low background interference, and it is often used for fluorescence labeling in the biomedical field. Cy7 triethylammonium salt can be used for labeling proteins, antibodies and small molecule compounds and binds to target molecules through simple mixing reactions. It is widely used in research fields such as bioimaging and diagnostic testing.
