Tribromoethanol, 1.25% (Mouse/Rat)
Used for anesthesia of laboratory animals, mainly for anesthesia of mice, and can replace chloral hydrate. Ready-to-use tribromoethanol solution (Avertin,1.25%) is prepared from high-quality Avertin, tert-amyl alcohol, normal saline, etc., and is filter-sterilized, with a final tribromoethanol concentration of 20mg/ml. This product is a colorless transparent solution, administered by intraperitoneal injection for anesthesia, with an anesthesia onset time of less than 5min and a maintenance time within the range of 20~60min, and is only used for anesthesia of rodents. This product is for research use only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis or other uses.
