A selective G-quadruplex DNA stabilizer
Featured Products
Pyridostatin TFA (RR82) is a selective G-quadruplex DNA stabilizer that can specifically target and enhance the structural stability of G-quadruplex (Kd=490 nM). Studies have shown that this compound can cause the growth cycle of cancer cells to stagnate by inducing DNA damage that depends on DNA replication and transcription. In addition, Pyridostatin TFA can target the proto-oncogene Src, reduce the expression level of SRC protein in breast cancer cells, and inhibit SrC-mediated cell migration. Therefore, this compound has application prospects in the research of tumor biological mechanisms and the development of anti-cancer drugs.
