Featured Products
Permethrin (NRDC-143) is a pyrethroid insecticide and acaricide. Its mechanism of action is to disrupt nerve signal transmission by prolonging the open state of sodium ion channels in neuronal membranes. In addition, Permethrin can highly selectively inhibit mitochondrial complex I activity and exhibits estrogen-related activity in both in vivo and in vitro studies. In current research, Permethrin is often used to investigate the biological effects of environmental exposure on estrogen receptor regulation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and nervous system injury.
