pA-Tn5 Transposase
pA-Tn5 Transposase is a novel fusion enzyme consisting of hyperactive Tn5 transposase fused to Protein A. It is suitable for CUT&Tag assays used to study protein–genomic DNA interactions.
Compared with the traditional ChIP-Seq method, CUT&Tag offers significant advantages, including low cell input requirement, high signal-to-noise ratio, good reproducibility, and short experimental duration. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for research fields such as early embryonic development, stem cells, tumors, and epigenetics.
This kit features a simple protocol and enables one-step DNA fragmentation and adapter ligation. The entire process from cells to next-generation sequencing (NGS) library can be completed in only 9 hours. The high activity of pA-Tn5 Transposase ensures efficient DNA fragmentation. The starting cell number can be as low as 60 cells, or even single cells. The final product exhibits high protein purity and low nucleic acid contamination.
