Os30 is a potent fourth-generation inhibitor, a potent inhibitor with values of 18nM and 113nM for EGFRDel19/T790M/C797STK and EGFRL858R/T790M/C797STK, respectively.Os30 inhibited EGFR phosphorylation, blocked KC-0116 cells in the G1 phase and induced KC 0116 (BaF3-EGFRDel19/T790M/C797S) cells apoptosis.Os30 showed potent anti-tumor efficacy against non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFmRC797S mutation.
