Nucleoside-Analog-1 is an analog of the antiviral nucleoside R1479 used in the synthesis of HCV antiviral nucleoside analogs.Nucleoside-Analog-1 is a click chemistry reagent. It contains an Azide moiety and can undergo a copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing an Alkyne moiety. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
