Doping NT1-O12B into BBB nonpermeable lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) can provide LNPs with the ability to cross the BBB.NT-lipidoid not only facilitates transmembrane translocation of the BBB, but also translocates it into neuronal cells for functional gene silencing or gene recombination.
