Cell experiment [1]: | |
Cell lines |
Atopobium vaginae, G. vaginalis, Lactobacillus |
Preparation method |
The solubility of this compound in DMSO is soluble. General tips for obtaining a higher concentration: Please warm the tube at 37 ℃ for 10 minutes and/or shake it in the ultrasonic bath for a while. Stock solution can be stored below -20℃ for several months. |
Reacting condition |
0.125 μg/ml-0.5 μg/ml |
Applications |
In vitro, nifuratel is able to inhibit the growth of Atopobium vaginae with a MIC range of 0.125-1 μg / mL. It is active against G.vaginalis and does not affect lactobacillus. These observations suggested that nifuratel may be the most effective treatment for bacterial vaginosis. |
