Human Intestinal Organoid Kit

This kit is a comprehensive system for the establishment and maintenance of human small intestinal organoids. This kit contains a complete set of reagents for tissue preservation, organoid construction, organoid passage, and cryopreservation. This kit is ideal for organoid culture and does not require additional reagents other than Matrigel. Organoids cultured with this kit have a small intestinal epithelium-like structure and are ideal models for small intestinal physiology and pathology studies.
