Foxy-5
Foxy-5(CAS 881188-51-8), a Wnt5a peptide mimetic with clear anti-cancer activity, can significantly enhance the adhesion ability of MDA-MB-468 breast cancer cells and effectively inhibit their migratory activity when used at concentrations ranging from 1 to 1000 μM. In a mouse xenograft model established with DU145-Luc cells, administration of this compound at a dose of 2 mg/kg significantly reduced the number of lymph node metastases; however, it did not show a significant effect on the growth of the primary tumor.
