0, 100, 300, 600, and 1400 mg/kg once a day for 4 days
Application
Evaluation of weight, food consumption, clinical observation, clinical pathology, urine alysis and TK were performed. The research indicated that faropenem daloxate was harmful to to body weight and kidneys at a concentration of 1400 mg/kg. Compared to adult dogs, puppies are more sensitive to Faropenem daloxate kidney toxicity.
