Animal experiment [1]: | |
Animal models |
Neonatal/juvenile dogs |
Dosage form |
0, 100, 300, 600, and 1400 mg/kg once a day for 4 days |
Application |
Evaluation of weight, food consumption, clinical observation, clinical pathology, urine alysis and TK were performed. The research indicated that faropenem daloxate was harmful to to body weight and kidneys at a concentration of 1400 mg/kg. Compared to adult dogs, puppies are more sensitive to Faropenem daloxate kidney toxicity. |
Other notes |
Please test the solubility of all compounds indoor, and the actual solubility may slightly differ with the theoretical value. This is caused by an experimental system error and it is normal. |
