DSPE-PEG2000-Mal ammonium

DSPE-PEG2000-Mal ammonium (CAS No.: 474922-22-0) is a maleimide-terminated PEGylated phospholipid with amphiphilic properties，which can be incorporated into lipid assemblies and used for carrier surface functionalization. Its maleimide terminus can be conjugated to thiol-containing molecules, including appropriately functionalized peptides, proteins and antibody fragments. This reagent can be used to prepare ligand-functionalized liposomes, lipid nanoparticles and nanostructured lipid carriers for lipid carrier surface modification and cell-targeting studies, and can also be used to conjugate targeting ligands to the surfaces of mRNA-loaded nanoparticles.
