Alizapride HCl
Catalog No.
B1653
Dopamine receptor antagonist
Featured Products
Alizapride HCl is a benzamide-class dopamine D? receptor antagonist that modulates gastrointestinal motility and alleviates nausea and vomiting symptoms by inhibiting dopamine binding to D? receptors in the peripheral and central nervous systems. Studies have shown that Alizapride HCl can enhance gastrointestinal motility and promote gastric emptying, and is therefore commonly used to investigate the pathological mechanisms related to gastrointestinal dysfunction. In addition, as an antiemetic, this compound is also widely used in studies on the mechanisms of chemotherapy-induced or postoperative nausea and vomiting.
