Smart-Seq2 Low Input RNA Kit for Sequencing is a highly sensitive cDNA preparation kit that obtains high-quality full-length cDNA from 10 ng-2 μg total RNA for trace samples RNA-seq analysis. Smart-Seq2 Low Input RNA Kit for Sequencing uses Oligo dT30VN primer as the reverse transcription primer to synthesize cDNA, and relies on the template-switching activity of Reverse Transcriptase to add adapter sequence to the 3'-end reverse transcribed full length cDNA. Through subsequent PCR amplification, to obtain full-length cDNA, effectively avoiding the 3' bias and rRNA contamination. The obtained full-length cDNA product can be used for transcriptome sequencing and gene expression analysis.
Smart-Seq2 Low Input RNA Kit for Sequencing is suitable for the detection of trace samples, so that samples with low abundance and low concentration can also be analyzed by RNA-seq sequencing. In general, one reaction can produce 2-20 ng of cDNA amplification products.
