HyperFluor™ 488 azide
Catalog No.
A8118
used for Click chemistry to label alkyne-modified biomolecules
Featured Products
HyperFluor™ 488 azide is a green fluorescent dye conjugate used in Click chemistry. It can interaction with alkyne-based derivatives of biomolecules in the Click chemical reaction, results in the formation of stable compounds in the presence of a copper (I) catalyst (with terminal alkynes) or no catalyst (containing cyclooctyne). Due to this property, dyes can be used to label a variety of biomolecules, including proteins and antibodies. HyperFluor™ 488 molecular conjugates have high brightness and photostability, and are commonly used in flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy for highly sensitive detection of biomolecules.
