In vitro transcription of capped mRNA with modified nucleotides and Poly(A) tail
TSA (Tyramide Signal Amplification), used for signal amplification of ISH, IHC and IC etc.
Separation of phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated proteins without phospho-specific antibody
A convenient and sensitive way for cell proliferation assay and cytotoxicity assay
Protect the integrity of proteins from multiple proteases and phosphatases for different applications.
Cy5-UTP (Cyanine 5-UTP) can replace UTP as a substrate for T7 RNA polymerase and generate labeled probes through in vitro transcription. The resulting assembled mRNA will emit orange fluorescence with the involvement of Cy5-UTPs. In addition, Cy5-labeled mRNA is readily visible under ultraviolet light without further staining after gel electrophoresis.
Probes generated by these methods are suitable for various application, such as FISH, multicolor fluorescence analysis, specifically dual-color expression arrays in conjunction with Cy5-UTP.
